Effect
The cored wire is a steel pipe containing different FeSiMg and alloys mixed together to optimize the molten iron in the pouring bucket.
The advantages of using the cored wire method: no additives and inoculant slag, fixed magnesium recovery rate, fixed homogeneous chemical composition in the processed molten iron.
The thread feeder is a machine driven by a gear motor and controlled by a CPU. The CPU can adjust the rate of core wire injection into the pouring hopper, and adjust the amount of core wire injected into the pouring hopper.
The pneumatic cylinder is used to provide an adjustable fixed pressure, which can stably inject the core wire into the pouring bucket.
The cored wire method can handle spheroidization, inoculation, wave ironing and desulfurization.
