Effect
◎ Due to the high concentration of Ba and Ca treatment, the duration of inoculation is very long.
(Anti-recession effect)
◎ The balance of Ba and Ca is good, and the effect of inoculation in low-sulfur electric furnace hot metal is stable.
◎ The eutectic has a good miniaturization effect, and it has superior performance in ensuring the tensile strength.
◎ Used for gray cast iron to improve the shape of graphite.
◎ Used for nodular cast iron, it can promote the spheroidization of graphite shape and the effect of ironing fertilizer grains.
◎ It can prevent hydrogen pinholes and prevent slag inclusion when used in ductile iron (Barium Silicon LA), the most common inoculation agent. The CaBa series is integrated and complete. Due to the high concentration of Ba treatment, the inoculation effect can be sustained for a long time.
