Effect
◎It can prevent hydrogen pinholes that are prone to occur in small parts and thin parts.
◎Control white mouth (anti-white mouth) defects.
◎Reduce the suspended scum and inclusions in the molten iron, and reduce the defects of slag inclusion (oxide scum).
◎The oxygen and nitrogen levels are both low. After the spheroidizing treatment, the molten iron can be controlled to be too cold to prevent shrinkage.
◎Reduce wrinkles and cold folding. (The casting surface is beautiful)
◎Slag seldom adheres to the treatment basin, thus effectively prolonging the service life of the treatment basin.
